ECCO European Crohn’s and Colitis Organisation Conference Series
Task
The annual participation in the ECCO Conference of the European Crohn’s and Colitis Organisation was a huge event for the renowned pharmaceutical company. This time, the event took place in Barcelona. And the question was how the 180 gastroenterologists would arrive, where they would stay and how they would be supervised in the capital of Catalonia so that they could focus completely on the subject matter.
Implementation
Coordinated flight connections were the kickoff. The ideally located hotel was the perfect starting point to three eventful days. Unobtrusive supervision all day long facilitated work and exchange of knowledge for the participants, from the internal and international DACH meetings through to the dinner talk with an exclusive meet-the-expert round.
Result
The fifth time managing participation in the ECCO Congress of the European Crohn’s and Colitis Organisation achieved its goal: to experience the fun side of work while travelling combined with the love of the subject matter.
